1. Introduction
By downloading, installing, or using PromptPaper, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Nature of Service
PromptPaper is an AI wallpaper prompt and wallpaper discovery app designed for creative inspiration and personal device customization.
The app does not generate AI images directly. It provides curated wallpapers and AI prompts that users may choose to use with third-party AI tools at their own discretion.
3. Acceptable Use
- You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You must not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or access restricted areas.
- You must not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute app content or prompt databases.
- You are responsible for how you use third-party AI tools based on prompts provided.
4. Permissions & Data Usage
PromptPaper may request permissions such as internet access, storage, notifications, and advertising identifiers to provide core functionality.
Camera or microphone access is requested only when a third-party webpage opened inside the app requires it. PromptPaper itself does not record audio or capture images.

5. Intellectual Property
- All app design, UI, branding, and curated content belong to Codeleka.
- Wallpapers and prompts are provided for personal use only.
- Sample AI images are for demonstration purposes only.
- We do not claim ownership of third-party AI platforms, tools, or outputs.
6. Advertising & Third-Party Services
- The app may display ads from third-party networks such as Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network.
- Third-party websites or tools accessed through the app are governed by their own terms and policies.
- We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or data practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
PromptPaper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of wallpapers or prompts for any specific purpose.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app or third-party AI tools.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
